Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6001, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) Graham McInally made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Vinny Frissell made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Hughes. Dribbling Skills FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th minute, Colin McPhedran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Banff fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Graham McInally recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc Wheelan was a little too slow when Graham McInally got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graham McInally in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marc Wheelan saved Banff from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Charles Webster managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dribbling Skills FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Webster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Wheelan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Cross charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Cross the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gary McIntyre's late challenge caught a Dribbling Skills FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gary McIntyre helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Banff! Benjamin Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinny Frissell, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Graham McInally was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 44th minute. Dribbling Skills FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinny Frissell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Dylan Burns shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Hughes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Banff's Vinny Frissell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Hughes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Charles Webster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Colin McPhedran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Graham McInally struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Marc Wheelan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dribbling Skills FC. When Dribbling Skills FC's Charles Webster in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Banff's goalie prevented a goal. Colin McPhedran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Hughes having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Vinny Frissell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colin McPhedran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Hughes made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Colin McPhedran sent off a good shot on target. Andy Cross sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Dribbling Skills FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinny Frissell came free, but Benjamin Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Banff left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dribbling Skills FC.
