Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miles McCruithein got the match started through his kick off. Johnny Kinnieson kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Bruce Adams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Timothy Lachie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruce Adams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Andy Dunn threw the ball into play from the sideline. Leith United's Paul Beattie quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 16thth minute of the game Paul Beattie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garve's Timothy Lachie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruce Adams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timothy Lachie having to interfere. Bruce Adams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garve's Timothy Lachie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruce Adams in the 25th minute of play. Bruce Adams succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Leith United's Bruce Adams got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paul Beattie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Timothy Lachie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miles McCruithein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruce Adams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timothy Lachie having to interfere. The Leith United fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Leith United's Paul Beattie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Colin McCrae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Aiden McDaniell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruce Adams to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Garve's goalkeeper Timothy Lachie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruce Adams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timothy Lachie having to interfere. If Bruce Adams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian McGugan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Timothy Lachie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timothy Lachie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruce Adams's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. If Johnny Kinnieson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Leith United's Bruce Adams nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timothy Lachie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 73rd minute, Bruce Adams ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timothy Lachie was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After some careless play in the Garve defense, Bruce Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timothy Lachie. The Garve fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timothy Lachie should have stopped the shot. Bruce Adams's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Timothy Lachie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. If Paul Beattie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Garve's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Adams came free, but Timothy Lachie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruce Adams blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timothy Lachie having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Leith United's Joseph Dyer got a free kick in the 87th minute. Bruce Adams scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timothy Lachie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Timothy Lachie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruce Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
