Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Barry Gilbert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jordan McGorry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arthur McCook took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Barns. Arthur Barns dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 67 minutes into the game, Glasgow Rangers FC's Barry Gilbert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jordan McGorry made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 71 minutes into the match, Real Renfrew's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Buchan came free, but Jordan McGorry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glasgow Rangers FC's Ben Buchan got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
