The Rangers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fergus Fairbairn should have stopped the shot. Raymond Johnston succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-8. Rangers FC played a much better game than Jaguar FC and deserved their victory. The Jaguar FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
