One of Auchterarder Raiders:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of grangemouth:s goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Graeme McGaw made a kick off. Ben McCrae was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Emilio Petricca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emilio Petricca really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After 59 played minutes Auchterarder Raiders got a freekick which was hit by Graeme McGaw. Auchterarder Raiders's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Emilio Petricca 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Ben McCrae came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by grangemouth's Tommy McKilligan. But to his dismay, Tommy McKilligan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 81st minute, Neil McLeverty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmond Niven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neil McLeverty hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, grangemouth's Graeme Souness got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
