Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Les Buntain took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rory Williamson hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, Perth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mike McNiven to maneuver through the defense. Mark Dingwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Tyler Graham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Les Buntain charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Les Buntain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Perth booed when Stirling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Les Buntain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Cameron Gilfillan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean McEoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Mark Dingwall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tyler Graham was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tyler Graham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Dingwall in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Stirling booed when Perth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Burnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Mark Dingwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyler Graham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tyler Graham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Les Buntain in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Meine in the 44th minute of play forced Perth's goalkeeper Tyler Graham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Dingwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyler Graham having to interfere. The Perth players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stirling were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cameron Gilfillan to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Les Buntain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stirling's supporters crossed their fingers, but Les Buntain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Baxter hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Sean McEoin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Duffy in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Perth. Bob Carlyle stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sean McEoin. 1-1. Mark Dingwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tyler Graham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Perth's goal looked a bit too open when Les Buntain came free, but Tyler Graham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Simon Duffy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sean McEoin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cameron Gilfillan's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Tyler Graham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Les Buntain in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Stirling's goal looked a bit too open when Cameron Gilfillan came free, but Sean McEoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes Stirling got a freekick which was hit by Rory Williamson. The crowd rose to their feet as Les Buntain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tyler Graham. That made the score 1-2 in the 85 minute of play. Danny Baxter kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Tyler Graham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Les Buntain, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The Stirling players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
