Gusmão Dantas's late challenge caught a Clube Desportivo JV7's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gusmão Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, MdasaFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gusmão Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Hélder Marinho was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Bruno Gonçalves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Gonçalves really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Valério Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Espinosa in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Aldaír Figueiras managed to get in a good position for a shot. MdasaFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldaír Figueiras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hélder Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Marinho having to interfere. Aldaír Figueiras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Hélder Marinho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 41stth minute of the game Aldaír Figueiras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Desportivo JV7's Hélder Marinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Donato Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Marinho having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Clube Desportivo JV7's zone, Aldaír Figueiras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Marinho came out of the goal and Aldaír Figueiras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Saúl Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Aldaír Figueiras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MdasaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldaír Figueiras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Aldaír Figueiras put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hélder Marinho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldaír Figueiras in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Marinho saved Clube Desportivo JV7 from getting behind. After some careless play in the Clube Desportivo JV7 defense, Saúl Santiago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hélder Marinho. The Clube Desportivo JV7 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hélder Marinho should have stopped the shot. Clube Desportivo JV7's Hélder Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Meira in the 73rd minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, MdasaFC's Saúl Santiago made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélder Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the match, Saúl Santiago notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Clube Desportivo JV7's Hélder Marinho. Hélder Marinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldaír Figueiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that MdasaFC were the better team. MdasaFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
