Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Joaquim Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Moniz in the 4th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Balázs Kádár cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Filipe Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cristiano Ferro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Anjos kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Filipe Dias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balázs Kádár's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Mariano Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balázs Kádár charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Balázs Kádár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Curros fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Curros's Mariano Andrade looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. During the 22nd minute of the match Balázs Kádár completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Balázs Kádár a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a defensive mix-up in Real Pias Club's zone, Cristiano Ferro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Melo came out of the goal and Cristiano Ferro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipe Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. David Moniz charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Moniz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Curros got a freekick which was hit by David Moniz. After 40 minutes of play, Real Pias Club's Heitor Andrade made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filipe Dias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real Pias Club were furious when Slawomir Dziedziak was red carded, 48 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Real Pias Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curros:s goal. The referee gave Curros a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by David Pinho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Real Pias Club's Joaquim Melo. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heitor Andrade to strike the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Andrade in the 63rd minute of play. Cristiano Ferro scored 4-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquim Melo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Gaspar might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Dias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Gaspar ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquim Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Mariano Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cristiano Ferro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curros's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Ferro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Melo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 98th minute of the match Hugo Rocha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Melo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Heitor Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 101st minute, the Real Pias Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heitor Andrade couldn't finish the play.
