David Porto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 11th minute, SC Apartadura's David Porto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If David Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Heitor Machado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jairo Belém. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 27th minute Gabriel Carmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match Vivaldo Pereira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gil Castro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Gabriel Carmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvocenses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Carmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Alvocenses's Gabriel Carmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gil Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Vítor Cruzs short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Jairo Belém to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vítor Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Belém having to interfere. If Vítor Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Alvocenses's Gabriel Lamego got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Vítor Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Belém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Belém having to interfere. When SC Apartadura's David Porto in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vítor Cruz succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Vítor Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Belém having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, David Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience was convinced that Vítor Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jairo Belém was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 86 minutes of play, SC Apartadura's David Porto made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jairo Belém was left in no man's land by his defense there! If David Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santiago Baía hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Vítor Cruz struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jairo Belém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Apartadura. There was no doubt that SC Apartadura were the better team. SC Apartadura's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
