Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lapinhas's Gregório Valentim started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Lapinhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Gentil to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Reis was the one to do the kick off. Vítor Aleixo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Lapinhas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
