Lodoes FC's Duarte Benevides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Oliveira in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes, Hermano Brochado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lodoes FC and the MAIOR DAS ILHAS players grew even worse after the yellow card.
