Emílio Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Filipe Aleixo made a huge save. Delfim Trindade charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delfim Trindade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of xxr booed when Pedreles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Trindade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedreles FC's Filipe Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Alves in the 66th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Pedreles FC's goalkeeper Filipe Aleixo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emílio Reis. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, David Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pedreles FC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 92 played minutes Pedreles FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Nascimento. In the 92nd minute of the match Eusébio Torres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filipe Aleixo skillfully saved the ball. xxr's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
