Olhanense's Carlos Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Anjos in the 3rd minute of play. Duarte Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermano Rebocho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Reinaldo Cavaco kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. S.C. Olhanense's Carlos Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Caetano in the 9th minute of play. Carlos Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Hermes Caires sent off a good shot on target. Sidónio Besugo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. David Caetano hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Emanuel Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hermano Rebocho. Lambert FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carlos Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Caetano in the 27th minute of play. Hermano Rebocho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Melo in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Lambert FC's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Dantas came free, but Hermano Rebocho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Duarte Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Hermes Caires took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Carlos Cardoso to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th match minute, Lambert FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermes Caires to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zacarias Anjos made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Ronaldo Semedo made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Cardoso. S.C. Olhanense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. S.C. Olhanense made a substitution. Diamantino Cunha replaced Emanuel Melo. 67 minutes into the match, Lambert FC's goalkeeper Hermano Rebocho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Runeberg. 68 minutes into the match, S.C. Olhanense's goal looked a bit too open when Hermes Caires came free, but Carlos Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.C. Olhanense's Hugo Runeberg got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes S.C. Olhanense got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Campos. In the 79th minute of the match Reinaldo Cavaco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Cardoso skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Hermano Rebocho managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when S.C. Olhanense's Hugo Runeberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hugo Runebergs short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Hermano Rebocho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Semedo in the 93rd minute of play forced S.C. Olhanense's goalkeeper Carlos Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lambert FC had played much better football throughout.
