Raul Ventura helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, EtaSilvaresFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Ventura to maneuver through the defense. EtaSilvaresFC's Adolfo Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Travassos in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Daniel Lessa made the kick off in the second half. Vladimiro Vides hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. EtaSilvaresFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damião Cesário was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. EtaSilvaresFC's Nélson Aguiar got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CCR Segodim's Marcos Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nélson Aguiar in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the CCR Segodim players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for EtaSilvaresFC.
