Fabiano Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gastão Quental having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Pinheiro in the 15th minute of play forced FC Secundarios's goalkeeper Gastão Quental to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Secundarios's Silvestre Onofre got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gabriel Amaro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC Secundarios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Amaro couldn't finish the play. After 20 played minutes, FC Secundarios's António Melo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lourenço Boaventura came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Secundarios reached it. In the 22nd match minute, FC Secundarios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo Abrantes to maneuver through the defense. SF Lisboa's Lourenço Boaventura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Amaro in the 25th minute of play. Lourenço Boaventura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Peralta's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The FC Secundarios fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when FC Secundarios's Lucas Peralta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fabiano Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gastão Quental having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Peralta made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match SF Lisboa got a corner. FC Secundarios's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tobias Domingues ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led SF Lisboa's Tobias Domingues to fire away a dangerous shot which Gastão Quental despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Lucas Peralta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lourenço Boaventura was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Quintino Campelo lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Gastão Quental made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Bernardes in the 68th minute of play. Lucas Peralta had several of the SF Lisboa's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 73 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Lourenço Boaventura as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 77th minute Fabiano Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gastão Quental saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Onofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lourenço Boaventura having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Lucas Peralta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SF Lisboa's Delfim Câmara got a free kick in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Silvestre Onofre managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Secundarios's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Onofre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lourenço Boaventura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Secundarios's Silvestre Onofre got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind SF Lisboa's goalkeeper Lourenço Boaventura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SF Lisboa's Delfim Câmara suffered a sore thigh after 98 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gabriel Amaro hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. In the 101st match minute, FC Secundarios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Amaro to maneuver through the defense. SF Lisboa's Tobias Domingues couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 102nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Secundarios. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Secundarios eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
