The crowd rose to their feet as Pastores F.C.'s António Esteves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vítor Pereira. That made the score 3-0 after 18 minutes of play. In the 23rd minute Elvis Lamce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mundao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
