In the 12th minute, Gil Ferro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute, Jorge Paredes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D Feiteira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Baltasar Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Paredes in the 16th minute of the match. Baltasar Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fonseca took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Ferreira. Baltasar Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Pirates FC's zone, Jorge Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Ferreira came out of the goal and Jorge Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Paredes in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Pirates FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Moura. In the 30th minute, Luís Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Baltasar Ferreira. Pirates FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Baltasar Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Paredes in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Pirates FC booed when A.D Feiteira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, A.D Feiteira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Vieira to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Pirates FC's Avelino Sacramento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristiano Barros. That made the score 1-4 after 43 minutes of play. A collision led to Pirates FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Cesário Colaço hit a great ball. After the first half A.D Feiteira were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jorge Paredes made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Cesário Colaço sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristiano Barros skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Pirates FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Ferro. After 59 played minutes Pirates FC got a freekick which was hit by Avelino Sacramento. Jorge Paredes in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baltasar Ferreira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dércio Junqueira's late challenge caught a A.D Feiteira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dércio Junqueira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pirates FC's Dércio Junqueira got a free kick in the 76th minute. When Carlos Moura fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirates FC's protests and gave Carlos Moura a yellow card for diving instead. 81 minutes into the match, Pirates FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Paredes. Pirates FC's Baltasar Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fonseca in the 84th minute of play. A.D Feiteira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Aguiar in the 85th minute. After 97 minutes, Eduardo Vieira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.D Feiteira and the Pirates FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 97 played minutes A.D Feiteira got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Vieira. A.D Feiteira's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
