Noel Portela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Juliano Luz made a huge save. Almiro Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliano Luz having to interfere. Almiro Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SC Vergada getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ricardo Miranda hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Machede FC's Almiro Gaspar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juliano Luz. Juliano Luz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Diego Dantas came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juliano Luz could save by the left post. Moisés Leal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Juliano Luz made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Rui Pedroso notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Machede FC's Nicolau Espírito Santo. Nicolau Espírito Santo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Almiro Gaspar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Moisés Leal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juliano Luz was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After some careless play in the SC Vergada defense, Almiro Gaspar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juliano Luz. The SC Vergada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juliano Luz should have stopped the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Miranda made a kick off. Almiro Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Juliano Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Ricardo Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Vergada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Machede FC the free kick. In the 55th minute, Almiro Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juliano Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Almiro Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliano Luz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Almiro Gaspar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juliano Luz was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Juliano Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Almiro Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Vergada's zone, Almiro Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juliano Luz came out of the goal and Almiro Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moisés Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Juliano Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Machede FC's Almiro Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Moisés Leal notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of SC Vergada's Juliano Luz. Juliano Luz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the match, SC Vergada's goal looked a bit too open when Almiro Gaspar came free, but Juliano Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliano Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 97 minutes in the game, Moisés Leal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Machede FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
