The crowd rose to their feet as Monte Kapta A.C.'s Romeu Garcia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evandro Sacadura. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Zé Pedro Magalhães received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evandro Sacadura came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Pedro Magalhães slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. If Romeu Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Monte Kapta A.C.'s Alberto Gueifão got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, kion's goalkeeper Evandro Sacadura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Pires. Manuel Pires scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evandro Sacadura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romeu Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Sacadura having to interfere. Romeu Garcia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Romeu Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kevin Rebocho came free in the 44th minute and tried to tip the ball over Borys Rekawiczka, but to the joy of Monte Kapta A.C.'s supporters the ball went over. Manuel Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Evandro Sacadura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind kion's goalkeeper Evandro Sacadura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evandro Sacadura came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Kapta A.C.'s Manuel Pires. But to his dismay, Manuel Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Rafael Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evandro Sacadura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Romeu Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Evandro Sacadura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Pires struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Evandro Sacadura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monte Kapta A.C.. Manuel Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evandro Sacadura having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Monte Kapta A.C.'s Alberto Gueifão got a free kick in the 70th minute. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Manuel Pires sped through kion's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evandro Sacadura. Evandro Sacadura came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Kapta A.C.'s Manuel Pires. But to his dismay, Manuel Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Romeu Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evandro Sacadura having to make a save. Manuel Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in kion's zone, Romeu Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evandro Sacadura came out of the goal and Romeu Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Rebocho hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. kion's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
