The FireFighter FC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when FireFighter FC's Miguel Garcia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 87 minutes, Miguel Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FireFighter FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamilton Festas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Sandro Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FireFighter FC. Nuno Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Amorim having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Garcia in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FireFighter FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
