Vítor Raposo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Parente having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Calicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Ribeiro. The audience held their breath when Alexandre Miranda in the 13th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Diogo Parente's left hand side. 16 minutes into the match, Calicos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Raposo came free, but Diogo Parente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Raposo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diogo Parente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The wind increased when Vítor Raposo made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Bernardo Padilha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Gois. Atilho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Padilha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Diogo Parente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Raposo in the 60th minute of the match. If Jordão Baião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuri Calçada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fernando Gois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, one of Calicos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Calicos FC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Atilho FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
