Alexandre Casado hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Alexandre Graça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gastão Lobo. Amadora United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Graça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gastão Lobo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandre Graça's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Alexandre Graça cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gastão Lobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Torcato Rebelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gastão Lobo having to interfere. José Camacho kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Torcato Rebelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gastão Lobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Alexandre Graça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gastão Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Amadora United FC defense, Alexandre Graça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gastão Lobo. The Amadora United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gastão Lobo should have stopped the shot. With his leg Porfírio Graça managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Amadora United FC's Martinho Bernardes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Porfírio Graça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Sampaio in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Ramiro Sampaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GD Couto's Porfírio Graça was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexandre Graça struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Gastão Lobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GD Couto. Alexandre Graça took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gastão Lobo. Gastão Lobo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half GD Couto were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 52 played minutes Amadora United FC got a freekick which was hit by José Camacho. Gastão Lobo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torcato Rebelo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. If Martinho Bernardes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Graça in the 67th minute of play forced Amadora United FC's goalkeeper Gastão Lobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porfírio Graça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martinho Bernardes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Porfírio Graça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martinho Bernardes in the 77th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Sampaio in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Porfírio Graça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Martinho Bernardes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amadora United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martinho Bernardes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Porfírio Graça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Porfírio Graça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martinho Bernardes in the 84th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, GD Couto's Alexandre Graça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gastão Lobo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torcato Rebelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Amadora United FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GD Couto's performance. The match ended with a win for GD Couto.
