Spectators: 6648 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hermenegildo Loureiro got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Refega's Maurício Calçada got control of the ball when Alexandrino Veríssimo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute, Moselos FC's Hermenegildo Loureiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Filinto Raposo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lúcio Moutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Sandro Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refega's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Sandro Rocha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Moselos FC's zone, Filinto Raposo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lúcio Moutinho came out of the goal and Filinto Raposo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Filinto Raposo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Refega fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filinto Raposo couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Durval Seixas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maurício Calçada, passed just outside the right post. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Refega's goalkeeper Maurício Calçada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filinto Raposo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Moutinho having to interfere. Moselos FC's Hermenegildo Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermenegildo Loureiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Refega's Maurício Calçada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermenegildo Loureiro in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Rocha made a kick off. Sandro Rocha hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Lázaro Figueiredo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moselos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Alexandrino Veríssimo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Maurício Calçada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Moselos FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Moutinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filinto Raposo. Lázaro Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durval Seixas during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Moselos FC's Durval Seixas got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Refega's José Sequeira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lúcio Moutinho but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filinto Raposo got free with Lúcio Moutinho in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Refega's Sandro Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alexandrino Veríssimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moselos FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
