Spectators: 7135 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jairo Curado kicked off to start the match. Teodoro Barata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Albertino Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, SC Alapraia's Jairo Curado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Humberto Rangel. Humberto Rangel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sérgio Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Rangel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the game, Jairo Curado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Humberto Rangel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vivaldo Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertino Alves having to interfere. SC Alapraia's Jairo Curado got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Teodoro Barata notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SC Alapraia's Albertino Alves. Albertino Alves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If João Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Rangel made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Sérgio Palmeira sent off a good shot on target. Albertino Alves came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Malhapao's Teodoro Barata. But to his dismay, Teodoro Barata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Barata made a kick off. If Sérgio Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sérgio Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Rangel having to interfere. Humberto Rangel came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Alapraia's Jairo Curado. But to his dismay, Jairo Curado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in SC Malhapao's zone, Jairo Curado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Rangel came out of the goal and Jairo Curado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sérgio Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, SC Malhapao's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Curado came free, but Humberto Rangel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Rangel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sérgio Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Curado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Rangel having to interfere. SC Malhapao's Humberto Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Palmeira in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match, Teodoro Barata tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albertino Alves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Barata in the 83rd minute of play forced SC Alapraia's goalkeeper Albertino Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jairo Curado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sérgio Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Humberto Rangel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Rangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Palmeira in the 90th minute of play. Jairo Curado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Jairo Curado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Humberto Rangel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
