Despite this Amado Quadros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 54 minutes into the match, SC Faial's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Borba came free, but Amado Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Monteiro didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-1 via right post in the game's 56th minute. Bebedouro's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With his leg Amado Quadros managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Bebedouro's Gil Monteiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 61st minute, Bebedouro's Jorge Borba dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jorge Borba was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 68th minute. Bebedouro's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, SC Faial's Amado Quadros got control of the ball when Gil Monteiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute Jorge Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Tinoco hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The SC Faial fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bebedouro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
