Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delfim Simões started the match with the kick off. Diamantino Valadão came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Valejas's Delfim Simões. But to his dismay, Delfim Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Delfim Simões's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diamantino Valadão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Delfim Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Valadão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heitor Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Valadão having to interfere. When SC Valejas's Delfim Simões in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Alcantarilha's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Delfim Simões who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Alcantarilha's Diamantino Valadão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Heitor Brito came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the SC Valejas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heitor Brito couldn't finish the play. In the 25th match minute, SC Alcantarilha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alcino Vaz to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Heitor Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Delfim Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Diamantino Valadão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alcino Vaz made a kick off. Diamantino Valadão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56thth minute of the game Delfim Simões who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Alcantarilha's Diamantino Valadão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Heitor Brito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diamantino Valadão. Heitor Brito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After 65 minutes, José Curado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Alcantarilha and the SC Valejas players grew even worse after the yellow card. José Curado kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Delfim Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heitor Brito got the audiences attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 71st minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Diamantino Valadão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Simões in the 72nd minute of the match. If Heitor Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heitor Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delfim Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Diamantino Valadão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delfim Simões's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Diamantino Valadão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. SC Alcantarilha's Diamantino Valadão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save SC Alcantarilha from getting a goal against them. In the 86th match minute, SC Valejas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heitor Brito to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Valadão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heitor Brito went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.
