An unexpectedly hard shot by José Sousa in the 5th minute of play forced F.C. Grassohper's goalkeeper Hugo Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes of play, Cervejoskas F. C.'s José Sousa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristiano Delgado's shot from long distance in the 16th minute was not bad at all, but Cervejoskas F. C.'s Eduardo Maia knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Henrique Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hugo Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, F.C. Grassohper's goal looked a bit too open when José Sousa came free, but Hugo Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Grassohper's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emílio Lopes was slow to take the kick. During this time Cervejoskas F. C.'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Cervejoskas F. C.'s corner Emílio Lopes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Martins quite easily take care of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, F.C. Grassohper's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Lopes came free, but Hugo Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cervejoskas F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Cervejoskas F. C.'s José Sousa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Rodrigo Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cervejoskas F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Cervejoskas F. C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes Cervejoskas F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Trindade. José Sousa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Hugo Martins skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Montez Joseph in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Cervejoskas F. C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Henrique Resende hit a great ball. José Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. F.C. Grassohper made a substitution. Abel Pereira replaced Paulo Castro. 73 minutes into the game, José Sousa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Hugo Martins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. José Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hugo Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Chesus during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeo Chesus hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, F.C. Grassohper's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Rodrigues came free, but Hugo Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The F.C. Grassohper fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cervejoskas F. C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
