An unexpectedly hard shot by Raí Sabóia in the 24th minute of play forced SC Fujacos's goalkeeper Máximo Espinosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fair-Play's Bruno Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Seabra in the 30th minute of play. Máximo Espinosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raí Sabóia went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Joaquim Branco struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Máximo Espinosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fair-Play. After having played for 57 minutes, Raí Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fair-Play's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raí Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Israel Seabra's late challenge caught a Fair-Play's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Seabra helped the player get up and apologised. Israel Seabra hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes SC Fujacos got a freekick which was hit by Israel Seabra. A hard shot 74 in the game by Raí Sabóia from a close distance when the talented Máximo Espinosa managed to make a qualified save. SC Fujacos's players were relieved. If Inácio Espírito Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
