José Machado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Rines FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eusébio Lima hit a great ball. José Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 21 minutes, Raul Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramalde FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Machado having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Raul Dias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. But to his dismay, Raul Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Joaquim Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Anjos in the 43rd minute of play. Hélder Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Machado having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Pinto made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ramalde FC's Raul Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Rines FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Dias came free, but José Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramalde FC's Joaquim Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Ramalde FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Rodrigues in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
