Ricardo Brito hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. João Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Martins having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Portugal's goalkeeper Vítor Martins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Estrada. After 44 minutes of play, Sporting Clube Portugal's Zbyszko Filipowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Estevão Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Zbyszko Filipowski came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Sporting Clube Portugal fans jumped to their feet. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbyszko Filipowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sporting Clube Portugal's Vítor Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Mota in the 64th minute of play. Estevão Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Filipowski in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Sporting Clube Portugal booed when FC Lusitânia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Pessoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, FC Lusitânia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zbyszko Filipowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Maurício Fagundes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Estevão Vargas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Filipowski's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Estevão Vargas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes of play, FC Lusitânia's João Lopes made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vítor Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there!
