Spectators: 5010 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquim Ferreira took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Poku's zone, Jaime Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Viana came out of the goal and Jaime Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frederico Viana didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Refontoura United's Jaime Paiva shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Francisco Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frederico Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. Frederico Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Paiva in the 26th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Poku's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Carvalho came free, but Frederico Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patxi Delgado was a little too slow when Joaquim Ferreira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Carvalho was the one to do the kick off. When Francisco Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Refontoura United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Carvalho couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes Poku got a freekick which was hit by Alex Veiga. Frederico Viana stood somewhat misplaced when Francisco Carvalho came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 57 minute. Patxi Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Veiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Paiva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Frederico Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Patxi Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Francisco Carvalho took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Frederico Viana to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Refontoura United's Jaime Paiva got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Francisco Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Poku's Cândido Guerra got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Joaquim Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patxi Delgado having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Poku's Joaquim Ferreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patxi Delgado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Refontoura United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
