Fabiano Gama scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Teves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Fabiano Gama put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Carlos Teves. 14 minutes into the match, Moreirense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Leme came free, but Carlos Teves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Fabiano Gama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Teves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Gama in the 17th minute of play forced Moreirense FC's goalkeeper Carlos Teves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Teves came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Fontanelas FC's Fabiano Gama. But to his dismay, Fabiano Gama quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Eusébio Sacramento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Teves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Sacramento in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Moreirense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Figueira to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Teves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Gama in the 31st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivo Leme during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fontanelas FC's Ivo Leme got a free kick in the 35th minute. Eusébio Sacramento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fontanelas FC's Zacarias Galvão got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filinto Monsanto kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Eusébio Sacramento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Teves was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Eusébio Sacramento came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Fontanelas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Sacramento couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Moreirense FC's zone, Alexandre Ruas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Teves came out of the goal and Alexandre Ruas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Fontanelas FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonel Figueira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Eusébio Sacramento made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Teves. Moreirense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Sacramento got free with Carlos Teves in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute, Leonel Figueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio Sacramento succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 69th playminute. Eusébio Sacramento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Carlos Teves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Galvãos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Carlos Teves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moreirense FC's goalkeeper Carlos Teves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Zacarias Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eusébio Sacramento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Galvão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, David Bandeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Moreirense FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eusébio Sacramento fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zacarias Galvão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Sacramento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Carlos Teves made a huge save. Carlos Teves was a little too slow when Zacarias Galvão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Fontanelas FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Moreirense FC.
