Confraria Tocha's Gervásio Vilas Boas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Badoi in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Confraria Tocha's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Badoi came free, but Gervásio Vilas Boas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Confraria Tocha's Gervásio Vilas Boas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Vale in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, U21 Dream Team's Alberto Sá got control of the ball when Artur Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costel Badoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervásio Vilas Boas having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Costel Badoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gervásio Vilas Boas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gervásio Vilas Boas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costel Badoi in the 38th minute of the match. Pierre Jeronimus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gervásio Vilas Boas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Gentil in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Costel Badoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Campos made a great header on U21 Dream Team's corner, it was just that Confraria Tocha's Gervásio Vilas Boas managed to reach the ball for a save. Costel Badoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Gervásio Vilas Boas made a huge save. In the 79th minute, one of U21 Dream Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for U21 Dream Team. The referee gave Confraria Tocha a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Inácio Morais, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of U21 Dream Team's Alberto Sá. 2-2. If Costel Badoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervásio Vilas Boas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Vale in the 88th minute of the match. Costel Badoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costel Badoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervásio Vilas Boas having to interfere. David Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervásio Vilas Boas having to interfere.
