The tension between the CCTAIPAS and the SC Rebelva players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guilherme Ruas kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Cândido Alvess short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Renato Lages to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Renato Lages showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Bessa, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Renato Lages didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cândido Alves went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cândido Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Renato Lages tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19th play minutes Cândido Alves shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Renato Lages and just under the crossbar into goal. Renato Lages took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Bessa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in CCTAIPAS's zone, Cândido Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renato Lages came out of the goal and Cândido Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 25 played minutes SC Rebelva got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Bessa. After a rather tough play, SC Rebelva's Joaquim Luz got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Amílcar Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Rebelva's Joaquim Bessa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Joaquim Bessa in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Renato Lages, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Guilherme Ruas got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 40th minute, Guilherme Ruas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cândido Alves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Renato Lages when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Bessa in the 43rd minute of play forced CCTAIPAS's goalkeeper Renato Lages to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Renato Lages successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amílcar Gouveia made a kick off. Renato Lages showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 59 minutes into the match, Cândido Alves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Renato Lages. CCTAIPAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cândido Alves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 61st match minute, SC Rebelva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Tavares to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes CCTAIPAS got a freekick which was hit by Rubim Gonçalves. In the 73rd minute, Cândido Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg 任超泉 managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when CCTAIPAS's Amílcar Gouveia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cândido Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Renato Lages tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Joaquim Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 minutes of play, SC Rebelva's Joaquim Bessa made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Renato Lages was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute Joaquim Bessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Lages saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cândido Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Renato Lages tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Rebelva fully deserved thier win.
