Joaquim Lisboa came out of the goal and António Tomé tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AC Milan's Joaquim Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timóteo Vilhena in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Curval FC's Timóteo Vilhena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquim Lisboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Curval FC's Ivan Balsemão got a free kick in the 18th minute. Joaquim Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Mafra in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timóteo Vilhena in the 22nd minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Joaquim Lisboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Catarino Faria made a precise shot to the right of Simão Fiúza. Curval FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jaime Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Simão Fiúza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Delfim Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Morais made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Curval FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Lima. In the 52nd minute, Jaime Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 56th match minute, AC Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Timóteo Vilhena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Lisboa having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goalkeeper Joaquim Lisboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Lima. A collision led to Curval FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Joaquim Bulhosa hit a great ball. If Bernardo Morais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateus Vale's late challenge caught a AC Milan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateus Vale helped the player get up and apologised. Simão Fiúza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Severino Lima came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joaquim Lisboa could save by the left post. With his leg Joaquim Lisboa managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Curval FC's Severino Lima fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Severino Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Joaquim Lisboa made a huge save. A collision led to AC Milan getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bernardo Morais hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Lima got free with Joaquim Lisboa in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AC Milan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Inácio Raminhos scored to the left of an out of position Joaquim Lisboa, making the score, 2-2. Joaquim Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Severino Lima sent off a good shot on target. Joaquim Bulhosa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Curval FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
