Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Catarino Castilho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Catarino Castilho in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Éder Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Quintino Lucena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the ARC Moinhos defense, Jaime Lages kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Éder Fonseca. The ARC Moinhos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Éder Fonseca should have stopped the shot. Catarino Castilho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éder Fonseca having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Catarino Castilho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Éder Fonseca was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Catarino Castilho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Éder Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Lages in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Jaime Lages shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éder Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Éder Fonseca came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Bordalo's Catarino Castilho. But to his dismay, Catarino Castilho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Catarino Castilho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Quintino Lucena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARC Moinhos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Ademar Carvalhais took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Éder Fonseca to make any attempt to save it. Catarino Castilho struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Éder Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bordalo. In the 64th match minute, ARC Moinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Bento to maneuver through the defense. If Catarino Castilho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Catarino Castilho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ARC Moinhos getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Augusto Bento hit a great ball. Jaime Lages sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Sacramento kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Catarino Castilho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éder Fonseca having to interfere. Jaime Lages in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Éder Fonseca, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The ARC Moinhos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bordalo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
