Ariel Rumalt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aprígio Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Aprígio Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Rumalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stepan Parhomenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Davide Lemme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sobrainho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davide Lemme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ricardo Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 48th minute Aprígio Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Rumalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aprígio Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. If Davide Lemme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sobrainho FC's Ariel Rumalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aprígio Bezerra in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, ARC Moinhos's goal looked a bit too open when Stepan Parhomenko came free, but Éder Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Sobrainho FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Moniz. In the 64th minute of the match, Quintino Lucena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ariel Rumalt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Stepan Parhomenko came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Sobrainho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stepan Parhomenko couldn't finish the play. Sobrainho FC's Ariel Rumalt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Sobrainho FC from getting a goal against them. Stepan Parhomenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 minutes, António Sacramento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ARC Moinhos and the Sobrainho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sobrainho FC's Ariel Rumalt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Sobrainho FC from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute, one of Sobrainho FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sobrainho FC. In the 92nd match minute, ARC Moinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Davide Lemme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éder Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Rumalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aprígio Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
