Spectators: 7098 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 125) Vivaldo Cavaco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Albertino Regueira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torgny Rydberg in the 7th minute. Vivaldo Cavaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bernardo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Amado Rego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrow's supporters rose to their feet, but Amado Rego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Arrow booed when fire20 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Américo Henriques didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th play minute Torgny Rydberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Albertino Regueira. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Arrow's Ricardo Ferro got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, fire20's António Lisboa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Torgny Rydberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albertino Regueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Arrow's zone, António Lisboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albertino Regueira came out of the goal and António Lisboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Cavaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. fire20's Torgny Rydberg got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Torgny Rydberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albertino Regueira, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torgny Rydberg made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Torgny Rydberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Arrow's Albertino Regueira. Albertino Regueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardo Magalhães was a little too slow when Vivaldo Cavaco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 4-1. In the 68th minute, Amado Rego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. fire20 made a substitution. Alberto Coimbra replaced Américo Henriques. 74 minutes into the match, Torgny Rydberg notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Arrow's Albertino Regueira. Albertino Regueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Torgny Rydberg came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the fire20 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Rydberg couldn't finish the play. If Torgny Rydberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes fire20 got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Maia. Arrow's Albertino Regueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Rydberg in the 88th minute of play. When João Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arrow's protests and gave João Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. João Figueiredo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Torgny Rydberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Regueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Coimbra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertino Regueira having to interfere. Albertino Regueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Rydberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. fire20 fully deserved thier win.
