Darien Casals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Presalves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Freitas to maneuver through the defense. Darien Casals came out of the goal and Francisco Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. Presalves's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAKNIFICOS CC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Presalves:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MAKNIFICOS CC:s goal. Presalves:s Darien Casals showed great skill when he stopped Francisco Pinheiro:s penalty. After having played for 42 minutes, André Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAKNIFICOS CC's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
