Rui Garcia's late challenge caught a SC Rebordello's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, SC Rebordello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Machado to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the SC Sevilheira defense, Tomé Fiúza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Leão.
