André Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caio Regueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Diogo Carrasqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. João Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higino Leiria during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes SC Antela got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Ferro. 35 minutes into the game, João Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. vasculite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Antela the free kick. In the 36th match minute, vasculite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Toscano to maneuver through the defense. If André Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. vasculite's goalkeeper couldn't reach when André Aguiar 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, SC Antela's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Carrasqueira came free, but João Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and André Aguiar made a kick off. Diogo Carrasqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Coelho having to interfere. Júlio Paião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but João Coelho made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Diogo Carrasqueira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Coelho, 2-1. Caio Regueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Ferro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Paião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Diogo Carrasqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes SC Antela got a freekick which was hit by David Reis. In the 82nd minute of the match Hélder Portugal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Coelho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Caio Regueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Aguiar's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. João Coelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Paião in the 92nd minute. Caio Regueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Aguiar in the 96th minute of the match.
