Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rogério Varanda took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lusitania Lourosa's Sérgio Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedito Malafaia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé Tristão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Lusitania Lourosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abílio Sacramento to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Gois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Ferro having to interfere. Aldo Gois received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adelino Ferro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomé Tristão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 23 played minutes SC Beira-Mar got a freekick which was hit by Rui Gama. In the 24thth minute of the game Tomé Tristão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Beira-Mar's Benedito Malafaia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lusitania Lourosa's Tomé Tristão got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aldo Gois took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adelino Ferro. Adelino Ferro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Benedito Malafaia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Ramos in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Tomé Tristão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lusitania Lourosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomé Tristão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SC Beira-Mar's Benedito Malafaia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Ramos in the 39th minute of play.

63 minutes into the match, SC Beira-Mar's goalkeeper Benedito Malafaia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomé Tristão. Benedito Malafaia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomé Tristão went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 73 played minutes Lusitania Lourosa got a freekick which was hit by Abílio Sacramento. In the 74th match minute, Lusitania Lourosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abílio Sacramento to maneuver through the defense. Adelino Ferro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Gois, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomé Tristão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Benedito Malafaia made a huge save. The Lusitania Lourosa players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
