Hélder Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, José Rodrigues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélder Vaz. joint F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Rodrigues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, joint F.C's Rodrigo Coimbra got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, ISEL FC's Gaspar Matos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Alfredo Maia came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the ISEL FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Maia couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Pedro Pedroso made a precise shot to the right of Hélder Vaz. joint F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 26th minute, António Salazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélder Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Gaspar Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Alfredo Maia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. joint F.C's Hélder Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Rodrigues in the 52nd minute of play. Gaspar Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Vaz having to interfere. ISEL FC's Pedro Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ISEL FC were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after joint F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaspar Matos took the corner. At last the ball reached José Rodrigues at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of joint F.C. 0-4. Fernando Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as ISEL FC's Fernando Fonseca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hélder Vaz. That made the score 0-5 after 68 minutes of play. In the 71st minute José Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hélder Vaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Barros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, José Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. ISEL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but José Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hélder Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 played minutes ISEL FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Brummer. Alfredo Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Pedro Barros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Hélder Vaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. joint F.C's Hélder Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save joint F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute Aaron Brummer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hélder Vaz made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fernando Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. ISEL FC played a much better game than joint F.C and deserved their victory. The joint F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
