Bento Macedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Atletico Cabeceirense's Sandro Gueifão got a free kick in the 21st minute. Atletico Cabeceirense's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jaime Borges 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Jaime Borges hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Jorge Queirós hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Bento Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Atletico Cabeceirense's Emanuel Lisboa in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Amadeu Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Antunes in the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Baroso FC's zone, Emanuel Lisboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bento Macedo came out of the goal and Emanuel Lisboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário Veiga in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Porto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Heitor Gomes hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Baroso FC's zone, Emanuel Lisboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bento Macedo came out of the goal and Emanuel Lisboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Atletico Cabeceirense's Tiago Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Alves in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Neto in the 86th minute of play forced Atletico Cabeceirense's goalkeeper Tiago Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Baroso FC got a freekick which was hit by Heitor Gomes. Emanuel Lisboa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Bento Macedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
