When Jaime Borges fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baroso FC's protests and gave Jaime Borges a yellow card for diving instead. Jaime Borges hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Baroso FC's Alfredo Antunes got a free kick in the 11th minute. Wilson Barbosa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 14 minutes, Alcino Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loucas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alcino Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loucas FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Borges in the 22nd minute of play forced Loucas FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bento Macedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alcino Barros in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Jaime Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fabiano Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Fabiano Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Borges in the 51st minute of play. When Alcino Barros came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Loucas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alcino Barros couldn't finish the play. Alcino Barros took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bento Macedo. Bento Macedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fabiano Coelho was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Mário Veiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mário Veiga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 67th minute Miguel Lousada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bento Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alcino Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Miguel Lousada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Bento Macedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Barbosa hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Mário Veiga made a precise shot to the right of Fabiano Coelho. Loucas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The Baroso FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Loucas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
