With his leg Elias Portugal managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Diogo Pinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Elias Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Trindade in the 6th minute of play. Ricardo Gentil struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Luís Moutinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Conchoso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeu Sarmento in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Portugal saved SC Conchoso from getting behind. Diogo Pinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Portugal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diogo Pinho ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Menezes during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22nd play minutes Diogo Pinho shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Elias Portugal and just under the crossbar into goal. Amadeu Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Portugal having to interfere. In the 34th minute Amadeu Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Amadeu Sarmento reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elias Portugal. The goal made the score 3-0. Amadeu Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Portugal having to interfere. With his leg Elias Portugal managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Diogo Pinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Diogo Pinhos short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Elias Portugal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Elias Portugal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0.

If Amadeu Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes of play, CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Amadeu Sarmento made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Portugal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amadeu Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Elias Portugal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61st play minutes Amadeu Sarmento shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Elias Portugal and just under the crossbar into goal. Alvise Farina kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Diogo Pinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Portugal was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Amadeu Sarmento put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elias Portugal. When CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Amadeu Sarmento in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Conchoso's goalie prevented a goal. The CLUBE DO RIO F.C fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Amadeu Sarmento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 78 minutes into the match, SC Conchoso's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Sarmento came free, but Elias Portugal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amadeu Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Conchoso's Elias Portugal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Reis in the 89th minute of play. Alvise Farina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elias Portugal. SC Conchoso's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeu Sarmento in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Portugal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 98 minutes of play, CLUBE DO RIO F.C's Diogo Pinho made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Portugal was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that CLUBE DO RIO F.C were the better team. CLUBE DO RIO F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
