F.C.Bayern Munchen's Cláudio Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Peseiro in the 4th minute of play. Cláudio Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute Lucas Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Adalberto Peseiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Entrevinhas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Peseiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio Maia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Afonso Nascimento's late challenge caught a Entrevinhas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Nascimento helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Entrevinhas FC booed when F.C.Bayern Munchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, David Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C.Bayern Munchen's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cláudio Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Adalberto Peseiro made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C.Bayern Munchen's Cláudio Maia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Lucas Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Viegas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cláudio Maia. F.C.Bayern Munchen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Adélio Balsemão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Entrevinhas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.Bayern Munchen the free kick. In the 45th minute, Adélio Balsemão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Moura during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The F.C.Bayern Munchen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Entrevinhas FC were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Esteves to make the kick off. After 96 minutes of play, Entrevinhas FC's Adalberto Peseiro made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Entrevinhas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Entrevinhas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
