Hélder Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Veiga in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delfim Setúbal during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Juizo booed when ADC Remelhe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Setúbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes ADC Remelhe got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Teixeira. Hélder Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Hélder Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Veiga in the 40th minute of play. Filip Pankiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Veiga couldn't finish the play.
