Spectators: 7165 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Chourico FC's Eduardo Toscano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manuel Lopes hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Avelino Bento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Louro's António Melo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Avelino Bento. That made the score 1-3 after 76 minutes of play. In the 90th minute Afonso Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avelino Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match, Afonso Valente tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Avelino Bento saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 95 played minutes Chourico FC got a freekick which was hit by Lourenço Trigueiro.
