After a defensive mix-up in Rabuide's zone, André Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Modesto came out of the goal and André Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Leme in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes in the game, Norberto Leme fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alex Modesto having to interfere. Norberto Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Laseira's Alex Modesto threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Barbosa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alex Modesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Leme's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Manuel Santiago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Laseira's Norberto Leme made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Modesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Laurentino Lameiras fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laseira's protests and gave Laurentino Lameiras a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Laurentino Lameiras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Modesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Manuel Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Leme in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Modesto saved Rabuide from getting behind. Manuel Santiago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Alex Modesto made a huge save. Manuel Santiago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th of the match, Norberto Leme tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Alex Modesto got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 46th minute, Norberto Leme reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alex Modesto. The goal made the score 4-0.

The wind increased when Norberto Leme made the kick off in the second half. Rabuide's Alex Modesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Leme in the 55th minute of play. Timóteo Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Manuel Santiago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rabuide's Alex Modesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alex Modesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Santiago's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 68th minute, Norberto Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Modesto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The audience was convinced that Manuel Santiago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Modesto was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Alex Modesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Norberto Leme made a precise shot to the right of Alex Modesto. Rabuide's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Norberto Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rabuide's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laurentino Lameiras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandrino Barata during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alex Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Santiago in the 88th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Laseira players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
